I shopped around for replacement windows and patio door for my old townhouse in east downtown Toronto. I discovered Rusco by chance, surfing and read the positive comments posted here.
I called for a quote and felt very much in confidence with Israel the company representative that came to my house. He provided a solution that met all my expectations and budget. I received honest experienced advice.
The installation was completed to total satisfaction. If you deal with Rusco, please ask for Gerry to do the installation. It worth waiting for him to be available because he is truly a craftsman that cares for the job well done.
To sum it all. Rusco: job well done at the price that was quoted.
I will not shop around next time. I’ll just call Rusco.
