I purchased a new garage door from Royal Overhead Doors LTD. in August 2010. Everything looked good at the time. In the spring of this year we started to notice few small patches of discoloration. We thought nothing much of it. After few weeks, the patches got bigger. We immediately called our sales person at Royal Overhead Doors, He told us to try some touch-up paint. We tried it but it didn’t take. We called back and told the salesperson, he assured us that he would drop by and take a look. Weeks passed and he still didn’t show up. We called a few more times, and each time he told us he would come over. It’s been three months now and he has yet to show up. Few weeks ago, he told us straight out that there is nothing he would do; we have to contact the manufacture directly. The manufacture is in the US somewhere.
It has been nothing but headache. Nobody at Royal Overhead Doors wants to take responsibility or make an effort to resolve this. I would never go to these people again or recommend them to anybody. They don’t even have an email address to contact them, and I am getting nowhere on the telephone.
