I would highly recommend RCC for waterproofing your home. Unfortunately for us, our foundation was cracked in several places and we had to have three walls waterproofed, each on different occasions. In all three circumstances RCC has done our work. From the initial meeting with Justin Stokes to the final work done by a capable and efficient crew, RCC met our high expectations. Fifteen years later we continue to enjoy the feeling of relief that comes from having a dry basement and appreciate the guarantee that comes with hiring RCC for our waterproofing needs.

Daniel's professionalism was fantastic! He walked me through the service I'd be receiving and really made me feel comfortable about the waterproofing job I needed on my house. Every other company I called was charging much more, and the sales person that came by made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know anything about construction or waterproofing, but Daniel walked me through it all!

My brother-in-law vetted companies for me and they offered the best price for quality work (excavating, repairing foundation, installing weeping tile with filter, gravel, rubber guard, drainage membrane, connections, sump pump and filling).
RCC Waterproofing offered a competitive price. Communication with Justin was good, explaining everything related to the work and providing fast estimates. I was advised a sump pump may need to be replaced also, and the approx. price. They confirmed before they went ahead and did this additional work. I felt the time between deposit and work scheduled was reasonable.
The crew worked quickly around problems they encountered, like large roots and finished the work in 3 days. They removed and disposed of concrete. They left the work site safe at the end of each day. Enjoyed the cheerful, hardworking team.
Part of my deck had to be removed to accomplish the work and it was reconstructed in good order. They took care to clean up well.
I was completely satisfied with the work for this major home expense.
