BEWARE.... PIETRO FERRARI was hired to design and prepare architect drawings for our new home project. He seemed very professional at first until he took our deposit and requested more money along the way saying he needed to pay for city permits...."CON ARTIST". We were out $7,500.00 of our hard earned money and he is nowhere to be found......BEWARE he is an excellent con artist.
