I called on Victoria Day and the lady who answered was helpful and ensured someone will service me. Thank you Peel heat and air conditioning for making our lives easy and worry free.
Kyle called later to make sure he can come that late (11:00 pm) and I confirmed as I had leakage from the furnace and I didnt want to wait till next day.
On Time he showed up, very quickly was able to identify the issue, suggested the solution and the cost. Great job and understanding.
In less than 30 minutes he was done, and checked the whole equipment to ensure no other issues. Kyle also gave me useful tips about best practices for the equipment.

Contacted Peel Heating about water heater replacement. Spoke with Home Comfort Advisor Stephen. He was very professional and offered different options for replacing our current water heater. He arranged to have the replacement done within 24 Hrs or 48 Hrs at latest. He even offered to have our furnace humidifier replaced at the same time as part of the water heater replacement. The team who came to do the work were professional at all times, putting down mats to keep things clean. They made sure they cleaned up afterwards, and explained anything I needed to know about the installation. I have no problem recommending Peel Heating, as I've always had good service with them for my furnace and A/C.

Have been a happy long time Customer (10 + years) and had no reservations about purchasing new equipment from Peel Heating and Air Conditioning.
The process went well from beginning to end.
The equipment installation took place in the time frame I was promiced and went without any problems.
The installer, Alan and his associate were polite, respectful and entirely professional. My system was fully tested and all my questions were answered before they departed. I am completely satisfied with the finished product and it has been in operation for several days now.

I purchased a Lennox EL296UHV furnace last Juu, and despite several visits from Peel Heating, I am totally disappointed with it. There is virtually no air coming up the registers and despite turning the thermostat up, I have been cold all winter. I can't imagine what it will be like in the summer. I have contacted Lennox directly and asked them to contact me, to no avail. I would recommend that anyone who is planning on buying a new furnace, get any kind except a Lennox EL296UHV.

My thermostat was acting up so I called Peel Heating & Conditioning. They sent one of their techs, Emilio, over within 3 hrs. Emilio was very helpful and was very knowledgeable toward all my questions and concerns.

Our service rep Bruce is techically extremely knowledgeable.
He is always meticulous and methodical.
Leaves everything the way it was found.
