After having some problems with our 16 year old furnace, we were referred to a sales consultant to discuss upgrading to a new high efficiency unit. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and did not pressure us to buy a new unit. We decided to go with the new unit, which was installed as agreed two days later. The installers arrived at the agreed time and were very professional in their work. They answered any operational questions we had. The sales consultant returned as agreed a few days later to complete the rebate documentation, and answered the remaining questions we had. Overall a very good experience attended to by highly professional staff. We would gladly recommend Peel Heating.

Sunday March 1/15 tech would not travel to get new circuit breaker but ok with leaving disabled seniors in freezing home over night , but ready to replace furnace. /Doesn't deserve payment for no job..Luckily found other company to do job immediately..

Salesman was very nice until we bought the unit, then he disappeared. Was supposed to come back for a check to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
The installers were great and very professional. Over all happy with the service but would have appreciated the follow through on satisfaction from the sales guy.

I've had Peel Heating Service Experts taking care of our furnace & a/c maintenance for the last few years and have the Platinum Plus yearly plan. Very satisfied with the service they provide. The technician arrived on Nov. 10th as planned and right on time. He was very courteous, and left everything clean. When the time comes to replace our 15 year old furnace, I'd definitely keep this company in mind after reading the many good reviews here.

Started the process of obtaining a new furnace and AC unit for the home back in August. Right from the initial consultation/meting with our sales consultant Dave Greene felt very comfortable with Peel Heating & AC. The full process was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered completely. On installation day in late September technicians Marcel, Ray and Jonathan arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. I watched as all three worked efficiently for the entire day until the furnace, AC and new thermostat were installed. The installation of the new equipment was very clean and professional. Upon completion of the work my home was left clean, with any dirt or debris being cleaned up. Each of the gentlemen answered all my questions concerning our new system. With the recent chilly nights and mornings we have had the furnace on which runs very quietly and warms the house quickly. Nice having the peace of mind that the furnace will keep my family safe and warm over the coming winter months.

Dave Greene the sales rep was very thorough and explained all from start to finish. Lots of info and details that the other 2 vendors did not volunteer or talk about . But the best part was the installation. Marcil and Ray did an extremely clean and professional job. I did not have to micro manage them like some other contractors that did work in my house.
They happily answered all my questions. They left my house in prestine condition.

Peel Heating was referred to us by a friend. We had a few other local companies provide us with a quote and found Peel Heating and especially Dave our consultant to be honest, friendly and professional. The work was completed on time, on schedule and at the agreed upon price with no surprises, extras or hidden fees. The installer Marcel and his associate were organized, prompt and obviously experienced and took pride in their work. Also brought in drop clothes and floor runners...very clean installation.

This company made me comfortable dealing with a minimal upheaval and disruption to our home, considering they were doing a big job of upgrading my heating system in my home with no existing gas ducts at all. They cleaned after each job done. The crew from the initial consultation, the contractor , the helpers and crew staff were all hard workers, considerate, professionals and nice people.Everything was explained well and gave suggestions and information that is for the best interest of the homeowner. Highly recommended to anyone who is upgrading their heating system, air conditioner, furnace water heater installations and or calling a company that cares about the client. If there is a perfect 10 rating they are the best.

When our original 47 year old Lennox furnace failed to provide heat on a Thursday morning, I called Peel Heating Service Experts. A technician arrived a short time later and identified the problem as a failed gas valve. However, due to the age of the furnace, he felt obligated to check the heat exchanger with a camera. Unfortunately there were some holes and cracks, so it was time for a new furnace. The technician offered to arrange for a sales consultant to meet with us in the afternoon. Don arrived at the appointed time and provided us with several options, with no attempt to upsell. We decided to have our original AC replaced at the same. Since we had a no heat condition, Don tried to arrange for installation the next day but we had to wait until Saturday because the installers had been fully booked. They arrived at the scheduled time and had the old system removed and the new high efficiency HVAC system installed with 7 hours. The technicians were extremely professional, efficient and left no mess.

A few days later, the sales consultant, Don, visited us to view the installation, complete the OPA Energy Rebate paperwork, and ensure that we were satisfied. We have experienced neither hot nor extremely cold weather since the new HVAC system has been installed but we are hopeful that it will perform as anticipated and with substantial energy savings that will more than offset the initial price and future recommended service maintenance costs. At this point, Peel Heating & Air Conditioning (Peel Heating Service Experts) in Brampton, Ontario is highly recommended.

Cost was for diagnosis only on a Thursday. They could not get the part until Monday or Tuesday. House was 40F Friday morning. Called Cozy Comfort Plus and they got the part and fixed my furnace fast.
