2nd Floor Addition & Main Floor Renovation
Paul turned our typical 60-year old 4-level side split home into a stunning multi-level home. It all started with the idea of blowing out the back of the kitchen to give us more of an eating area and turned out to be a 2nd floor addition giving us two additional bedrooms and ensuite washrooms, converting two small washrooms into a larger one and blowing out the basement and of course a fabulous kitchen and dining area, that is an entertainer's dream!
Paul ensured that since this was an addition, that the renovated areas kept with the “originality” of the home. The home’s new open concept areas and tall ceilings flow smoothly from room to room.
Paul and his team were conscientious to the fact that as a family with 3 children the project needed to be completed on time. Paul kept us informed at all times, and his foreman, Joe and team were efficient and meticulous. Never have I seen a construction site so tidy and clean at the end of the workday.
