My husband first met Roy at the home show. We didn't think we were in the market for floors, but quickly realized we were. A few months later, we connected with Roy, and he invited us into his showroom. I didn't understand why he couldn't come to our home personally, and realized immediately that in his showroom, he could not just show as huge selection of flooring options, but also give us the education we needed to make an informed and logical decision on what our needs and desires were. He had a way of working with us (a husband and wife, who had different flooring views), and helped us with east narrow down our choices to a few selections, and then sent us on our way with samples. He then made arrangements to come over and measure us for a quote. A wise consumer gets a couple of opinions, and we were no different. Above anyone else, we felt that Roy was the most passionate and patient in making sure we had all the information we needed. We developed so much confidence in him, that when it came to selecting a new railing and stair caps, we just told him to pick something lovely. The work crew from Invision was fantastic. They kept a clean and safe working environment, and were polite and friendly. The work was done in the time frame promised. Roy even made arrangements to have our new doors hung. I had Invision install new solid maple in the upstairs of my house, replacing original flooring that was (unfortunately) unsalvageable. The product I decided on looks AMAZING and I can feel good knowing that the floor is made in Rockwood Ontario, by a family business. Roy and Dov took us through a complex process of tearing up and replacing our floors and creating a new staircase with great patience, from narrowing down our selections, to measuring and looking at all the logistics to the final installation. It's more than just picking out a product and putting it in; decisions affect the whole house. Their guidance and experience added to our vision. The crew worked hard, everything was cleaned up and the result is beautiful. Pros!

I want to thank Dov, Roy and his team for an excellent job removing our old flooring and installing the new maple flooring. We met with Dov and from the start he explained everything in detail and helped us with our decisions. Both Dov and Roy answered my questions and put me at ease with an issues that came up. The installation and clean up was great and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The floor looks amazing in the living room and kitchen. Beautiful job and great team! My husband and I took a lot of effort into planning the renovations for our home. Before we committed to Invision, we searched high and low for a product and service that we could be proud of. At the end of our search, Invision was the only contractor that made us feel comfortable with making such a big investment in our home. Their selection of hardwoods were amongst the best in the industry and they worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy with the selection we made. Dov even arranged for us to go to the manufacturer's warehouse so that we could see the hardwood on a larger scale before making our final decision. Needless to say they were very patient with us and spent all the time necessary for us to feel confident about our purchase. Throughout the installation, Dov and Roy were on-site and constantly making sure that things were going according to plan. If we ever had any questions they were always there to answer our calls or emails. We had a couple minor concerns about the colour of the t-molds, but Dov made the necessary changes and ensured that we were 100% happy with the final product.

After visiting several flooring installing firms, I checked HomeStars and found Invision. From the moment I walked into the showroom and met the receptionist, I felt welcome, and I knew I was working with competent staff. Roy helped us to match our existing hardwood, and prepared the estimate. The crew, including Eric and Ricky, was friendly, on-time, worked quickly and efficiently, finished on-time and left no mess. They even did a perfect job of sweeping the garage (the rainy-weather "saw" location). All old carpet and all job waste was carted away. Dov dropped by a few times to make sure that the job was going well. It could not have gone any better. Next year, we will hire Invision again.

His incredible attention to detail, attentiveness and knowledge made working with him a dream. Having worked with many different contractors, we can easily say that Invision was one of the best we have had the pleasure of working with and that Invision shatters all the negative stereotypes about bad service from contractors. Dov personally responded to every one of our questions by e-mail and/or telephone within 24 hours (not just one business day, we got responses on evenings, weekends and even while he was on vacation!), his team arrived on site on time every morning, and the project finished on time! To top it off, we are THRILLED with the patching/repairs and refinishing of our parquet floors and LOVE our refinished staircase. We can't recommend Dov and Invision enough!
