We recently purchased and installed engineered hardwood flooring from Invision Hardwood & Decor. We chose Santos Mahogany (Cabreuva) from Mercier and the results, as well as the experience with Invision could not have been better.
Working with Roy, our options (different wood textures, sizes & colours) were clearly presented and when we saw the solution …. Bingo! ,… the choice was easy. We chose to prepare the subfloor ourselves, and Roy was very knowledgeable helpful in answering any questions and concerns we had regarding subfloor preparation.
Finally, we were particularly impressed with the installation crew. They arrived early, were courteous and neat, and above all, installed a hardwood floor that was technically accurate and artistically pleasing (they took the time to layout the board arrangement prior to nailing).
