We met Roy at the Fall Home Show this year. He explained the process of removing our 2nd floor carpet and installing hardwood, which included a rounded nosing over the balcony. We later visited him in his showroom and requested an in home quote. The quote was nicely drafted up and very detailed. We decided to go with Invision becuase the quote was competitive, Roy seemed like a good guy to do business with, and we were impressed by prior reviews. We were not disappointed. Roy's team installed our second floor hardwood in three days which was exactly on schedule because we needed one extra day to clean before moving in.
