Invision Flooring was amazing to work with, from the sales process to then finalizing a cost and timeline was great. They don't overcharge right away like some other organizations.
During the process Dov was an amazing person to work with, he is a great communicator and does his best to calm the nervous home owner that we were. I would highly recommend them and if I were to refinish again, I would choose them.
Only area that needs improvement was the stain/colour selecting process. I think it would have been beneficial for them to offer a service where you show them a floor example that you like (real example hardwood/eng hardwood) for them to match for you based on their colour experience. It would have given us less stress of finding a colour ourselves based on digital pictures.

Amazing review, thank you and wishing you nothing less than enjoyment in your home. It was really a pleasure watching the process of nerves turn into excitement for both of you.The showroom was always open to you for viewing samples and I did send you to see dozens in advance. I do realize colour selection was a challenge- your not alone in that. It’s hard, we understand and with wood products not always easy foresee the outcome in advance. Especially when in your case having red oak upstairs and white oak downstairs. The guys did an awesome job making them look equal and uniform.
