They have gained our trust, loyalty and repeated business. We have used Northwood for a number of jobs: furnace cleaning, gas line installation, duct cleaning and re-routing existing heating ducts. The owners, Gary and Brian, offer superior customer service, fair pricing, education for the homeowner for what is really needed, experienced and prompt crews and the assurance that each job is always done correctly and safely. We have been very impressed with this company from our initial contact with Josie in the office and our discussions with Gary and Brian. They took the time to answer our questions, make suggestions and help find solutions to all of our concerns. Not once have we felt that we were being taken advantage of, in fact, Gary even told us to hold off on a few things because our current equipment still had some life left in it! That's why we appreciate Northwood's honest approach and are looking forward to the installation of our new furnace and hot water tank that they will be providing in the near future.
