Brian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience. He fixed our toilet and bathtub faucet expertly, with full explanations of what the issues were and what the cost would be up front. I was so pleased with his service that I had another Mr. Rooter plumber - Robert - come and install a bathroom sink. Rob also spotted a long-standing problem with our kitchen sink faucet. He did both jobs with full explanation and cost breakdown, consulting all the way through. Of course, after twenty plus years, all these jobs were necessary and more costly than anticipated. i understood all the way through what the problems and possible solutions were and I got to make pricing choices. Robert was very creative and showed me ways to save money and to use my faucet to extend its lifetime.
