Water started to back up in the basement, and as confirmed by the city, one other company and Mr Rooter, it was a root problem with no easy fix. Robert and his crew started promptly the next morning, with the pipes replaced and backflow valve added by early afternoon next day.
Robert was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, presented options and was happy to answer any questions. He even helped me with a small DIY project.
His crew were nice and courteous, plus with all the digging outside and breaking of concrete inside, left surprisingly little mess.
The price was right in line, and in fact a little less than another quote we received.
Starting with the nice lady who answered the phone, they have been great to deal with.
