We called Mr Rooter to have a look at our toilet as the flapper was broken. Waqas arrived within the time window and was very pleasant and professional. He determined we needed a new flapper, fill valve and braided hose. Waqas explained everything clearly to us. It took him no time at all to complete the work. We are very happy with the results.
