This was our first expereince using a plumber. The fact that they offered a free estimate before providing the service was a bonus. When we called we were told we would receive a call within 15 min and then an additional call within an hour for the time when they would arrive. We recevied both calls within the specified times so we were off to a great start.
Once the technician arrived he reviewed the area and provided us with the information on the problem. He provided a quote that was accurate and was out the door to get the part so that we could get a hot shower. WIthin a couple of hours our hot water was restored and all issues addressed. He even provided us with the business card of the company that provided the part and gave his recommendations for further purchases of plumbing hardward.
The experience overall was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
