Our shower wouldn't shut off, and after trying to make a repair to the cartridge myself, I decided the work was beyond me. The Mr. Rooter telephone personnel were helpful, and dispatched Rick immediately on a Sunday afternoon. He checked out the situation, offered several possible solutions, and all-around helpful. He returned first thing Monday morning with the parts he needed and performed the repair.
