In 2009, we had a major flood in our basement. I called Mr. Rooter and they came immediately. They are polite, hard working and they investigated and solved the problem right away.
In the summer of 2012, we had another flood. I called Mr. Rooter and they came to my house and checked out the possible reasons for the flood. The plumber called and had the manager come to my house. They showed me on the camera that the flood was caused by my outside drain pipe and the leaves that were blocking the downspouts on my roof. I had the leaves cleared and the downspouts repaired and no more water in my basement!
They were amazing! They investigate, explain the problem and find a solution.
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter as a plumbing company.
