On the plus side:
1 - The job was done on time (although the work was never really completed)
2 - The price was fair
On the minus side:
1 - The quality of work was mediocre at best
2 - They did not do what they promised
3 - Instead of completing the work themselves, they told me what had to be done to complete the job and left the site once they got paid.
Conclusion:
If you care about quality, you should skip them altogether.
