Our lender used Miss. App. Services to appraise our home. The appraisal was the shortest we have ever experienced. The value of our home came in low and all they seemed to do is measure the square footage of the home. The cost was by far the lowest we have paid for an appraisal, but you get what you pay for and we had to pay for a second, competent appraisal.
