It was a great pleasure dealing with Roy! He is an extremely friendly man with a great deal of experience. We had an emergency due to sewage backing up. Roy gave his ethically, professional advice and resolved the sewage backing up at minimal costs without any false diagnostics to drive up the costs. The costs to resolve the situation were lower compared to other Plumbing Services where I got quotes over the phone.
