I asked him to have a look after another company tried to scare me into spending thousands of dollars for digging up half of my basement to replace the drain under my concrete basement floor. Although access through the existing floor drain trap was difficult and didn't allow him to use his biggest cutter he was able to remove 90% of the roots and resolved the issue to my fullest satisfaction.
