I called May-Day Drain services when sewage backed up in my basement floor drain. Roy camera inspected my drain from the main stack to the outside vent trap. I had called another company who told me camera inpection was a waste of time and expense. I now know my main drainage system is in great condition and doesn't need repair which is great information to know, and Roy cleared the outside trap with a unique plunger and gave me great advice how to keep this from happening again and options of what to do if it does. He is very helpful and honest and fair. Nice to meet a professional who doesn't take advantage and is forthcoming with information and guidance. I was impressed with how thorough he was and how he explained everything so I knew what I was dealing with.
