Drain Services review in

I needed a drain clean-out and sewage was backing up into the basement. Roy was courteous and friendly on the phone and seemed to care about my issue. He came out and used a video snake to show me the problem - other companies wanted over $400 dollars for the same service.
He took the time to explain the whole situation and got a crew in that fixed the larger issue at roughly half the cost of other estimates. Not only that, they were friendly, efficient and explained to me the entire situation every step of the way!
