Master Concrete & Interlocking

My husband and I wanted to get the front porch steps and walkway redone @our home because several years ago we had another company do some stone work that was absolutely appalling. Over the years the entrance to our home was becoming dangerous so I started the process of getting quotes from various companies in early May. When Tiago from Master Concrete came we were very impressed with his professionalism as well as recommendations re. materials, asking if we wanted curbs (which we had not considered) and offered a solution to a problem area. We felt the quote was very reasonable so I called the office to request they move forward and spoke to Jennifer. She too was very professional and friendly and continued to be so even though I / we called her several times during and after the job with questions. All the work was done in a timely manner, the crew was awesome, there was absolutely no mess or debris left that we had to deal with and the end result was amazing! We have had so many compliments and every time we are asked 'Who did the work?'it is without hesitation that we say 'Master Concrete'. PS I can't help myself but I need to add: One of the companies we got a quote from is working on a house just down from us. Needless to say I am SO glad we didn't hire them! The job started a few weeks ago and I haven't seen anyone working there in well over a week. The little bit they've done looks horrible and I'm not sure if it was the landscapers idea to tear up all the grass and just throw mulch down but if so I feel really bad for this homeowner.

Back at the beginning of the year, we asked MC to come out and quote us on a concrete pad for our shed. We signed a contract for them to come out Apr/May. The process took a few days, but they were professional & courteous and did an awesome job cleaning up when the job was complete; like they were never there. We are very happy with our pad & would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys... maybe we'll have more projects for you in the future.

Exceptional Service from start to finish. Hercules and his crews were outstanding. The project had several phases that were masterfully handled, including scheduling the right phase to coincide with ideal weather conditions. The crews were polite, friendly and craftsmen. Care was taken to clean up everyday. Proper grading, rebar/wire mesh and attention to detail should provide a solid long lasting project. The exposed stone driveway, walkway and stairs are a work of art. Thanks to our friends at Master Concrete! And yes, competitively priced!

It's to bad, there customer service from the start was amazing, the workers were great, the price was good but sadly you get what you pay for :(. Immedielty after they finished our stairs started to crack and the back pad started to crack and and chip away. After many calls in Aug and Sept of 2013 I was told you are in our repair book someone will come out and take a look. Guess their repair book is pretty full it's June 2014 and still no one has even called. Should I call them more? Yes, but I shouldn't have to!!! They say they have great customer service sure they do but when they have your money paid in full they move on. So sad

Master Concrete completed my outdoor driveway project in an extremely professional manner. In addition to installing a concrete driveway and a concrete pad (for a shed), they also helped solve a drainage problem my neighbor and I had by installing a weeping tile and gorgeous river rocks. Great job completed on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend them and in fact plan to have them return in the spring of 2014 to take on Part 2 of the project - a front u-shaped driveway plus stairs to the front entrance.

From the very beginning, Tiago (sales rep) was very professional. He listened attentively to everything we had to say and how we imagined the final results and at the end, Tiago gave us some of his thoughts and advices. When Hercules came with his crew they were all very friendly and always willing to make changes when we asked. The final results were better then we could have anticipated. It looks sensational. The neighbours and even people driving by stop to look and admire the work. I will recommend Master Concrete to everybody. I am glad I chose them to do the job.
