An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From the very beginning, Tiago (sales rep) was very professional. He listened attentively to everything we had to say and how we imagined the final results and at the end, Tiago gave us some of his thoughts and advices. When Hercules came with his crew they were all very friendly and always willing to make changes when we asked. The final results were better then we could have anticipated. It looks sensational.
