No matter what the sales person said, the decor centre said something diffeerent, then when things were missed in the house everyone denied ever having the conversation. Months and months of waiting for service and for answers and nothing, so much is left to interpretation which means what ever they can do cheapest.

My 1st new home in the GTA. We have had problems as there was large areas with no insulation in the attic which caused condensation in the ceiling, leaky basement (fixed quickly by Martydel), burst pipes in a bathroom causing flooding and damage, poor quality windows causing major condensation damage on the sills. In addition exterior bricks cracked but told that it is not a fault. The fencing has been the biggest issue with 5 months of promises it will be done next week as part of it is provided by the developer. With lots of kids etc, it has become a real problem.
