When you call Maret, she first makes an appointment to visit your home and see for herself what you need. This way she can make an accurate assessment of how long the job will take and how much it will cost. She will be on time! I really appreciate that she took the time to come visit, speak with us personally to find out our preferences, and walk throughout our home, taking notes and determining a fair price.

When Maret returned for the home cleaning (we did a full spring cleaning) with her team, she was on time again and they started working immediately. This was a big job, and they did it well. We were so happy with the finished effort - our fridge and stove were flawless, and they even cleaned in between the cracks on our wood floors! Really great work.

I contracted Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services to do a major clean up of my nephew's apartment in downtown Toronto. The place was in rough shape, and I was not sure any cleaners would take the job. Maret said her crew would do it, and do it right. And they did. The apartment is a new place. The job took longer than Maret estimated, but she was willing to stand by her original quote, even so. We settled on something in between, good for both parties. For over 3 yrs, Meryl from Maret's quality cleaning has kept our home in tip top shape! There are no streaks on the hardwood floors, and all of the glass, stainless and other shiny surfaces sparkle. I had done a renovation and needed a cleaning company,so i called a cheap company. The Cleaning
Maret and her team of ladies (Bisa, Genevieve, Colmbe (sp?)) exceeded all expectations in cleaning my new home. After two days, the whole house of approximately 3500 sq ft sparkled from top to bottom. Every surface was clean and smooth, from the windows to the kitchen cabinets to all the little nooks and crannies of the moldings. All the walls, even inside the closet, looked like it was freshly painted. The spots behind and underneath the washer/dryer were cleaned as well. I was very happy with the results!

The Business Side
I was also very happy with how Maret conducted business - she was punctual and professional. Communication was good whether it was by email or phone.

The Cost
I was not able to show Maret the house to get an estimate due to a technical difficulty on my part (locked out of the house on closing day even with a key -- that's another story!), but we discussed my priorities and budget before the cleaning began. It soon became clear to me that Maret and her team take pride in doing a thorough job when they cleaned a significant number of extra areas without charge. So I was able to stay within budget and get much more cleaned than I expected!

I would highly recommend Martel and her crew, they are efficient, considerate and thorough. The ladies who came to clean up after the renovations did a terrific job. If you need someone, don't hesitate - take our word, they will do a great job.

We bought an 80 yr old house, had some renovations done, and hired Maret's company to clean it before we moved in. It was fairly short notics (only 2 weeks in advance) but Maret re-arranged her schedule for us. On the day of the cleaning, one of her cleaners came down with a bad flu. Maret changed her personal plans for that day and filled in as the additional cleaner. They also stayed later than expected to ensure that everything sparkled. And it did! We're definitely going to hire Maret's company for ongoing house cleaning.
