Off to a good start ----- Garnet arrived at the early end of the time frame window he had given me, which was also within 18 hours of my initial call. He was friendly, polite and happy. Then he promptly identified the problem, showed me what it was, and fixed it. His reassurances about the likelihood of my already old washer/dryer lasting several more years were welcome and credible. On his way out, I threw out a question about my dishwasher which had not been performing up to snuff. He promptly took a look, cleaned it out, showed me how to do it myself, and didn't charge me for the additional time. I had previously hired one guy who comes highly recommended on this site. While he was also prompt, and very competent, I paid him nearly twice as much for a problem that took not more than 2 minutes for him to resolve.
Garnet has secured my loyalty. I will call him any time I have an issue with appliances, and will happily recommend him to everyone I know.
