This is the first season that I had a contract with this company and despite the lack of snow, I am very happy to have found them for our snow removal. Although it was a very mild winter, it was worth having the "Personal Touch" service contract . The reason for my note, it that I wanted to thank them for creating a contract for the full winter season with no specific date expiry date. After that April snow all, it was wonderful to come home after work and see that both our driveway and walkway had been cleared after hearing from colleagues who's family had contracts that ended 3/31. I highly recommend trying them and the price is right. Thank you for your services and we will definitely see you again next winter!
