Shower Stall Reno

I was very disappointed in the reno of our ensuite shower stall. I was also told that it would be 3 days installation (4 max). When I got the call to schedule, I was told on a Thursday that they were coming on Monday. I can't stop everything on two days notice so said that I can block off Wednesday to Friday or anytime the following week. I was told that they were busy the following week and that they would start Wednesday and assured me that they would be done by end of day Friday. The installer showed up late (I had to call to see where he was) on the Monday and when he did show up, he asked what he was supposed to be doing and acted like he had no clue. Once that got back on track, again I was promised that everything would be done by end of day Friday and that they would have an extra installer there on Friday to ensure this. (Because I had this assurance, I had arranged for people to stay here that weekend). On Friday, only one installer showed up. I had to ask where the other guy was and was told that he isn't coming and that they will just finish on Monday. Considering this is our main bathroom, I was not pleased with the lack of consideration. Then the shower door was chipped so we had no shower door past Monday. We had no plans to repaint as the rest of the bathroom restoration was budgeted for next year. But the installer ruined the paint and border on one wall and created a noticeable crack on another wall. Plus he was sloppy with the silicone which was now on the walls which made for a difficult paint job which still shows the silicone. AND the silicone used in the shower to hold the hardware is now coming off so we now have a separation between hardware and shower wall and I am concerned that water will seep in. It really looks unprofessionally done and slapped together by an amateur. Plus I did send a letter outlining this two weeks ago and have had no response. No followup when the job was done (aside from processing the final payment) and no followup to my written concerns. Maybe my job was too small to generate the professionalism that others seems to have experienced. All I know is I regret going with this company.

UPDATE 6/16: Was called by Todd from Lampert last week who said he wanted to come by and make amends. He was supposed to show today at 10am. Waited until 11am and never showed or called.
UPDATE: 8/10: After 4 months, Lampert has come back to fix the issues. Lauren was extremely helpful and understanding. The bathroom is finally acceptable but it took a few months and a bad Homestars review to get the company's attention. I shouldn't be ignored until I go to social media. 4 months to finish a job that was scheduled for 3 days is still not acceptable to me. I am upgrading my Homestars rating because I said i would as an incentive to get them to fix the job.
