We visited the store and spoke with Maria. Maria helped us select blinds according to our specifications and budget. Her customer service skills were excellent. At a time of our convenience, George came out and measured the area to be covered. Three weeks later, came and installed the blinds. Everything worked out as promised.

We are very happy with the blinds and wood shutters from Kingsway Carpets and Blinds. The intsall process was quick, the product looks good and works well, its exactly what we wanted.

We recently moved into a new home and we needed window coverings for over 25 windows. We had consultations with 4 to 5 companies and we ultimately chose Kingsway because of the combination of their competitive price, excellent knowledge of their products, very good advice, and attention to details and service.
At the end, we are extremely happy with our window coverings, we feel that Kingsway will correct any issues that may come up, and we expect to work with them in the future.

We recently bought a brand new condo with lots of windows and were looking for nice window covering. I found this company on homestars, and we drove down there to talk. Alex was very professional from the first talk in the store, and one week later when he came to our place with samples. He helped us with choosing right designs, gave his opinion on many details we did not think of. He was never intimidating or pushy, nor in a visible hurry.
After we chose everything, he took measurements and gave us a price. I tell you it was not cheap. But nor was our choice, so we decided it was worth it.
He said it would take 3 weeks to have the order ready. In 15 days they called us and said everything was ready.
Akex's dad, Vasil, came to install the coverings. Everything was prefect. No defects whatsoever, all sizes were right on spot.
It took him 4+ hours to get things done, and he never stopped for a break or smoke.
Now we are happy owners of nicely looking shades and modern blinds. Thanks a lot, Alex and Vasil, you are great guys!

I went to Kingsway Carpet and Blinds on the basis of a HomeStars recommendation and was not disappointed. From the very beginning, they were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Alex and Maria helped me choose the shades and Maria was very helpful when it came to choosing stair runners. The price was reasonable and even though I ordered everything 2 weeks before Christmas, they went out of their way to have everything installed before Christmas. Both installations were done very professionally. There was a minor manufacturer's problem with one of the valances and when I called the store, they promptly sent Alex over to rectify the problem. I would recommend this family operation to anyone and intend to deal with them in the future when I have other projects to undertake.

Alex and the staff were friendly, available on short notice and always arrived on time, competitively priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
