Horrible, horrible customer service! Great 'service' when they were selling me a necklace, but once they had my money, they were awful to deal with!!! Before taking my money, they were more than willing to answer questions; afterwards, they just dropped off the face of the earth and then, when they did answer, didn't know anything about the piece they had sold. Their descriptions were inaccurate ( I brought it to a professional antique appraiser) and the owner was rude and condescending. He even was giving misinformation about the meaning of French hallmarks! Please don't give them your business!!
