Business resolved issues. They were prompt to get into contact with me and work it out. If they had responded to my initial requests, perhaps it wouldnt have escalated. I am, however, happy they contacted me and we worked this out.

The supply pipe to our shower/bath was leaking behind the tile shower wall. John was very helpful right from our first telephone contact, and after reviewing some photos we had e-mailed him, he assured us that he could perform the repairs from the other side of the shower wall rather than having to break open the tile shower wall. John installed new fixtures in place of the leaking old ones, again without having to break any tiles. He also replaced the galvanized pipe from the shower/tub diverted valve to the shower head with new pipe, which resulted in much better water pressure. John was very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as being very responsive and efficient. We are very satisfied with the work he did.

John The Plumber did a great job installing a bath tub in my home. When it was discovered that the tub I bought was not going to fit correctly they came up with an ingenious solution that did not have any negative impacts to me. They also did all this in the install time quoted. Great job, and friendly service.

Did a great job on modding for a proper, seamless fit. Had good ideas for install, etc. All work as per quote. When the product turned out to be different than what was specified by the MFger, John The Plumber was able to come up with a solution that was more than acceptable. All of this with a timely install.

great professionalism. These guys truly knew what they were doimg, they cleaned up after themsleves and took refuse with them. There was little to no disruption of my water supply as these guys worked very efficiently.
