We came to Home Design Carpet and Rugs after we had been carpet shopping for a while. We originally had gone to Another popular carpet store and had planned to buy our carpet there. When we found out how Allen and his team did their installations we were sold (no random sub contractors). Allen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the precise measurements and the expert installers (we went with a wool carpet so we wanted the best), we felt very confident that the job would be done right and there would be no hidden costs. We were on a very tight timeline working around other renovations as well and Allen and his team were able to deliver on time as promised.
The installers were fabulous - they had 60 years of experience between the two of them and were fast, efficient and friendly. The job looks great and we will be returning here for any carpet needs in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all!!
