I contacted home advisor today in need of a plumber ASAP as we discovered most of our basement flooded by a burst pipe. When calling I was assisted by a very helpful and pleasent girl named Laura who provided me with a number of names of plumbing service companies in our area. I contacted Hoerner heating and plumbing and within a very brief time the helpful girls at Hoener were arranging a service call for us. The attending service crew were pleasent, helpful and efficent. We found the fee to be reasonible and most of all we were extremely grateful for the prompt and dilligent manner in how we were treated. At a time when you are feeling overwhelmed by an unexpected emergency, choosing Hoerner has been a refreshing experience for us. We now feel that we have a reliable source should we need this service in the future and, it's always a good thing to be able to recommend a quality service to a friend with confidence should the need arise .
