An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hello. This review is in regards to a plumbing call. I called the contact number and was surprised to reach a live person. She was very responsive and kept me up-to-date on when the Plumber would arrive. And before he came I received an email with a picture and bio on the Plumber assigned to me--Mike. Mike came this morning to service my faucet issue. He was really professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was great and I wanted to be sure you knew!
