Harbour has been purchased by A Plus Appliance, and Harbour was owned and operated by an honest, hard working man; therefore, people are continuing to refer to Harbour Appliance. Unfortunately the new owner, A Plus Appliance, came to my home to repair my washing machine and left without providing a service, and attempted to charge me $120.00. He did not pull out the washing machine, did not look at any of it's working parts, and did not actually do anything to diagnose the problem. Within 2 minutes, my husband pulled the washing machine out, had the rotor removed and determined it was the rotor which had been stripped.
I feel that I was taken advantage of, and misled. He did not perform the service we had intended for him to perform. To not even pull out the washing machine and look at it's working parts??? I do not understand.
Very dissatisfied customer.
