Roofing review in
VANCOUVER
I am an angry customer who got screwed by AM of Gold Medal Roofing. There are two others as well, who have pushed our complaints with the BBB and the GVHBA to the extent that GMR lost its BBB membership and is about to lose its GVHBA membership. Both organizations REQUIRE a member make sincere efforts to resolve a complaint from a customer. AM of GMR has yet to admit he did anything wrong!! I'm out about $6,000, the cost of hiring another roofer to complete the other half of the job, and the roofing material he removed from the job site.
