Small group of shingles shifting that needed to be straightened and nailed in place. Repair team was courteous and respectful of surrounding properties and neighbours. Work was completed in minimal time and work crew waited for my approval before leaving.

I obtained the telephone number online and called Gerry's Roofing. I spoke with Tim who set up a job date . Norm Spearing was sent to do the job. Norm was superb he was very efficient and knowledgeable he did the job perfectly. Norm is definitely a valuable asset to his company and enhanced its reputation he made me a return customer.

Our experience from dealing with Sales Rep Jason, to dealing with the crew that worked on our home, especially Project Manager Greg, was great! Professional, Honest, Quality & Good Price. They were very professional, and helpful. After siding was completed, we went over all of it and only seen 1 issue, there was a piece that had a noticeable bump in it. Gerry's came back out within a few days and made arrangements to have someone replace the piece. When they returned for repairs, they replaced a couple more pieces as they felt it was not up to their standards. That in itself spoke volumes as to the guarantee workmanship of their products as we did not notice any other issues.

Kyles team was good at protecting landscaping and the pond, clean-up was excellent.
Paul put anapron for the roof of the bay window and spray painted the b-vents. Very well appreciated.
Greg and George came for the inspection and explained the check list clearly to me. Good job.
