He also provided detail specifications and the manufacturer of the glasses to be installed. After placing the order and 8 weeks later, Cindy - customer service arranged for an agreed installation date. On the specified date John O, the installer showed up and did an excellent job. He not only replaced the windows but also made adjustments and corrections as needed. He has a very pleasant personality and he did not mind to be interrupted to answer any questions or concerns.
