The movers were great; super professional, personable, efficient, organized. I really liked the red carpet - nice touch! Gives you the little extra bit of confidence that you do care about your stuff and I do matter as a customer. The guys were also telling me about the classes they had to take to learn about proper wrapping of furniture (3!); that's attention to detail that I didn't expect and made me feel confident that all my stuff would be safe in storage.

As for the training the guys talked about, we're the only moving company in vancouver with an in house training facility. We invest in our staff to train and test all of them before ever sending them out to a customers home. Sounds like it's working =-)
