Right from the beginning I knew this company's philosophy on customer service was far superior to any moving company I'd ever encountered before - and I've encountered a lot of moving companies.
I had to place 95% of my belongings in storage while I purchased my new home and completed renovating it. They wrapped, and double wrapped my precious belongings and made a very long moving day easy for me.
They made every effort to accommodate me while my items were in storage as well. If I needed anything they put their guys on it to look for it and have it ready for me when I got there. You don't get that kind of service at a regular storage facility.
