Everytime my father-in-law visits, he wants to go outside and sit on the rear patio, he calls "the world's best patio." And this is from a man who has his own marble shop!
Raffy worked with the family to create a unique set of patios at the front entrance and backdoor of the house to match our price and construction time. Pricing was the best of the 3 companies interviewed and did not include a minimum square footage for the job. Both patios were designed to maximize space around our gardens; match our house colouring; and capture the sunlight around the house. Colour choices and patterns were plentiful. The company came at stated times throughout the process; stayed on the property until the day's work was done; and cleaned up very thoroughly. Raffy checked in during each step of the process and was involved in the sealing process. Raffy returned all calls promptly and explained the process very clearly. The finished product was much nicer than expected; eliminated drainage problems around the front stairs; and made winter shovelling a breeze. Our guests were very impressed with the finished product as we took great pride in entertaining during the summer and into the fall. The patios weathered beautifully over the winter. Raffy returned early in the Spring to do the follow-up warranty check. It looks just great! And now we are back to living outside again!
