Lighting review in

We had an issue with a chandelier light assembly we had initially installed ourselves. After struggling to troubleshoot, and reading the recommendations on HomeStars... I contacted HotWire.
The office staff was extremely friendly and gave us the information/quote we needed to proceed.
The day of the service call, the two technicians very friendly and easy to deal with. Turns out it was a quick fix, but they took the time to explain what we'd done wrong and what to look for in the future. The office once again followed up quickly after the service call to make sure we were happy with our service.
We'll be calling HotWire for any electrical issues we have in the future in this home, and the next. Thanks again!
