Amazing service by a very professional and informed technician. Dwayne was very thorough and informative. The service call was promised to arrive within an hour and the technician arrived promptly and went right to work analyzing the situation and rectifying the issue. I will definitely use Drain rescue again for my plumbing needs.

Plumber from hell!

We called a plumber on a WEEKDAY to avoid high costs. All we needed was a simple shower faucet change. The plumber signed a flat rate fee contract for $595 and after the contract was signed, he charged us taxes on top for a simple faucet change. He had to take apart a piece of wall to fix the faucet which was fine. But he did not repair the wall after he was done. We paid the plumber about $700 with taxes for a 2 hour job. That's $350 per hour!! We also had to fix the wall ourselves because "it wasnt his job to put back the wall" but it was his job to take out the wall!! I also gave the plumber a new faucet so that he could replace the old one so that he could do the job at a lower cost. To change just the shower faucet it cost us $1000 altogether... like seriously. So much to change a faucet!! To top it off, the plumber took the old shower faucet with himself. Wont be surprised it he uses the old part to fix someone else's broken faucet. Definitely will not recommend this company to anyone. What a rip off!!! Wont recommend $350/hour labour job to anyone for a simple task. Find another company folks!!

Received very quick response to our problem with sewage coming up the drain in the laundry room. The technician was very friendly, professional and kept me informed of what he was doing and what he found. Very pleased with the service we received.

Fantastic service! Very speedy service on a bad winter day. Service tech (Dwaine) was friendly, honest and courteous. Allowed me to watch the drain snake camera and showed me the issue with our drain. He even put down some anti-bacterial fluid to help clean up the smell. Highly recommend!

I had been drawn to Drain Rescue by accident, but given that my house has various drain problems I will be referring my landlord to this company for future repairs. Upon viewing the website it was very helpful and informative into what this company does, where I can locate them, and to a degree the professionalism in the services they provide.

We had a couple draining issues, some pipes froze, the guy came about an hour late, but it was a Canadian winter night so it's great that he even made it, he had a thick accent so I couldn't understand him, but he did a great job, very quick, clean and effective, great job guys, I would recommend you again!

I tried to take a nice warm shower during the cold snap last week and discovered that I had no water, hot or otherwise! I called Drain Rescue and the plumber (Paul) was at my door in just over a half hour. He was fast, friendly, and very respectful to my home. My sister later told me that her pipes froze as well and I had no hesitation about recommending Drain Rescue!
