Dominion Roofing

We had our roof replaced in 2010 by Dominion after having some Heritage committees refer them as specialists in this area
4 1/2 years later, we had to repair our chimney and surrounding roof, since Dominion gave us the hardest time to get a quote, we had to look elsewhere to tear down and replace the roof in that area. It was discovered that the seal between our house and our neighbours (row house) was not sealed properly, they also just put a plywood coating over old shingles and cedar shanks (very old roof area) and did not vent our back roof properly. Dominion reluctantly fixed the venting but did not replace the plywood in that section as it was "not in our contract". Even though the damage was caused by there lack of knowledge. This whole process was disgusting. Was yelled at by one supervisor and unpolitely dismissed by the second one. They do not honour there warranty at all. So not happy. Have to replace 2 sections of our roof and repair the seal. All because Dominion roofing is so bad and does not care about the client. Run away from this company. Have also let the Heritage committees of the city know to not refer Dominion
