Compared to other quotes that completely turned us off, with a modest budget, John completely transformed our backyard. It was designed to enable future phases but for immediate demands of a young family, he was able to articulate the vision of the yard. Using an iterative approach, we collaborated on suggestions with ease throughout the project.
Removal effort was substantial, including decades of accumulated fencing, concrete, asphalt and stonework, as well as an old car. The entire space was excavated. John designed and built a significant amount of fencing while working around notable neighbourly constraints. He improved the safety of existing decking, finishing the fencing with a stylish gate. The yard came to life with new sod.
John’s connections to quality trade people is impressive, and this stood out throughout the entire project.
