Basement Foundation Repair and Waterproofing
We hired John and his team to waterproof our basement foundation. I was extremely impressed with their work. They were professional, punctual, neat and very detail oriented. John treated our house as if it was his own. We were expecting the crew to apply two coats of the sealant, but John wasn't satisfied after two coats (because the brick was so absorbent), so he went above and beyond and applied a third coat to the entire exterior.
When the job was complete, the crew put everything back exactly as they found it and they cleaned up perfectly. A few days later, John dropped off an album with numerous photos that he had taken of the entire process.
Overall, John and his team exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend him and his team and will certainly use them again for future work around our house.
