I ran into a few problems with my furnace last year and made the decision to replace it this year. I called 3 companies that were highly rated on Homestars.
I decided to go with Cozy World because Boris was most responsive to all my questions. His quote was very competitive.
His workers were exceptionally polite and very clean. I was entirely satisfied with the price, installation and follow up.

We bought a furnace from Cozy a couple years ago, after researching many companies, and their service, recommendations, installation and pricing were all great. This week our furnace stopped working, and we couldn't figure out why. We called in and they tried to help us troubleshoot it over the phone, to no avail. Right away the next morning Fred came over to have a look, and he found that I had put something against the intake vent outside, so no air was getting in. Fred didn't charge us anything, even though he could have and I bet more other companies would have. We love these guys they're not just there to get the sale.

After meeting with Boris to discuss our needs, we selected CozyWorld to install our new furnace and air conditioner. We were impressed with the thorough information provided to us regarding products, service and price. The installers, Kam and Yasha arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day to complete the job. The work areas were left clean and all garbage was removed. The service provided to us by Boris and his team is remarkable and we would definitely recommend CozyWorld to our family and friends.

An amazing and professional group of people to deal with. From Farhad the sales rep. to the installer Fred and his helper, they know what they are doing for sure. Very neat and spotless site after they left. As for Farhad, very humble person and easy to communicate with.

Sina came to fix a problem we had with our air conditioner. After spending two hours fixing it, he told us "no charge" since he "should have spotted the problem when he came to service the furnace earlier in the month". Great customer service, as always. We love Cozy World!

Our 15 year old furnace was giving us a lot of trouble. Boris from Cozy World came to our house, explained in detail exactly what type of furnace we needed and took the time to answer all our questions.

The new furnace is so quiet you can barely tell it is running and we love the iComfort s30 wifi thermostat which shows the weather and can be operated from my iPhone.

I needed to replace my old Air Conditioner and Furnace. Based upon my research i decided to go with a top end Lennox system. I then researched for Vendors/Installers and found three that seemed well respected. I was fortunate to find Cozy World. They had the best price and came across as the most honest and reliable as well. They provided a professional install and looked after submitting both of my rebates for me. I could not be any more pleased. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed by the quick and highly professional service we received at Cozy World.
Our old AC broke and we needed an urgent replacement. Boris came to our house the same day and helped us choose the best option to match out needs. We decided to replace the old furnace as well.
Boris was able to send one of his crews to our house on the next morning, and everything was done within the same day. We asked to move our AC to another wall and they did at no additional cost, although they had to move the pipes. Our basement and backyard were left as clean as before, and the hole in the wall left by the old pipe was filled.
We are also pleased with the high quality Lennox equipment installed by Cozy World.
